In past experience many customers will find out that they don't usually have most of their cars on their web site. Your best bet is to physically go out to either Sundance Chevrolet in Grand Ledge or Sundance Chevrolet in St. Johns. You'll find that their are way more cars on the lot.

Terrible memory

One of my friend bought used car. After signed, she found that there was problem in the car. Inside of the door was broken. But the dealer didn\'t care it\'s problem.
He just say \"This is your error. you didn\'t check well. And you already signned. It\'s not my fault.\"
He\'s name is Joe.
He looks so young.
Before he sold this car, he was very kind. After this happening, he definitely changed.
My friend lost her money.
Finally, she sold this car very cheaply to another person.
I saw your company\'s advertisement. So I introduced sundance to my friend. May be, she will complain to me.
I\'ll never go sundance. But you must refund it.
Joe refused fixing car.

What a Great Place!

I have bought my last 3 cars from Sundance. I loved everyone of them and each time I have dealt with the nicest people. I gave these guys 10 Stars for sure. I wonder why so many of you have had bad experiences at Sundance.

Are some people being deceived or getting rotten deals? Are they really "Scam Artists"?

SCAM ARTIST

These people will be very friendly and sell you what appears to be a decent car. However.... once a problem arises, they will do very little to find the problem and fix it. They sent me home with a broken car telling me that their computres couldn't find the problem, must not be there. Take your car and go home. -- UNACCEPTABLE. These people appear to be nice, it's just a front.

if you bought a car here you overpayed. their dealer fees are riduculous and so are the salespeople. i basically argued with the salesman about how there were better deals out there with proof from autotrader but he just kept on throwing these pointless dealer options at me. Total waste of my time and deposit, something I had to called back twice to get back. The manager was also rude that I asked to speak to him. Those other comments must have been from people assoc. with Sundance.

don''t bother buying a car from there, sure they will help you find a car, but once you sign the papers your another number and they WILL NOT help you. I have never bought a car from them but I have seen it happen to many others

Terry and Terra commercials.... most irritating TV ads of all. I either mute them switch channels, or turn the TV off. Even if I hear them from the next room, I will quickly find the remote and mute the idiots! Would not buy a car from them if they paid me.

I have bought all my cars, trucks from Sundance since 1984, Terry is a very honest dealer thats always willing to help those in need of a car. I have been able to count on Sundance to make sure my new car, truck was worth what I paid and most of all safe to drive. Thank you all

Rude Sales People

Bill Hausauer is a great sales person, however a few of the other staff members are very rude. I told Bill the price was a little high a a Chevy cobalt, when he turned around to confirm it with his colleague, his colleague stated that the price is right on and "he's just not be able to afford it" I walked out immediately and will never go back! However i do recommend Bill Hausauer if you are to buy there

They have rude sales people.

I went to Sundance to look around. Once the lady I was dealing found out I had no credit she became rude and short with me . She told me that the only car she would put me was a truck that did not run. How is that for cutomer service?

Just do a ton of research on the vehicle before purchasing - they don't know one vehicle from the next considering they have 600+ of them in and out per month. The GM Protection Plan is NOT worth it, but of course they will try to sell it to you, as well as their Gold Package. Be very inquisitive about the financing - they won't tell you the important details unless you know to ask.

Sundance has the best sales people

After months of shopping around the Greater Lansing area at several different car dealerships I finally got up the nerve to visit the Sundance lot in Grand Ledge. When I got there I was honestly amazed. The amount of used cars on their lot was beyond belief and when I was approached by their salesman I didn't feel pressured in the least.

I would recommend Sundance for anyone who has bad credit and needs an auto loan.
